Hello there!

Hi! And welcome to my first blog and my website.

In this first blog I'd like to introduce myself and tell you a bit about what you can expect to find here.

My name is Judith and I would describe myself as a "Loud Wallflower" when it comes to really personal stuff like my art, my music and my stories. Like so many artists, I struggle to put myself "out there" and I find unnatural to start shouting from the rooftops every time I create something new. But once I get into my Geek-area, I get all exited and enthusiastic. So that's the loud part and I basically forget that I'm shy, haha!

I so enjoy creating art, writing music and stories and I honestly am delighted when someone else enjoys them. I love to hear other people's stories, how their journey has been up until now, seeing their work and sharing experiences and discussing Geek-stuff.

When it comes to my range of work, I love create in the genres of fantasy, science fiction and nature. I'm a total geek when it comes to Lord of the Rings, Jules Verne, the Star Wars saga and the fantasy genre in general. I love game-art and the graphics, but I'm terrible at playing them.

As for my "why" I do what I do... Well, I believe stories tell us who we are and show us who we can be. Like Samwise Gamgee or Anakin Skywalker. Any form of art brings us closer to our most honest en authentic self. I also would like to bring some of Middle Earth and the Jedi Council to this word (only the good parts!). And art also takes us closer to the moment where the impossible becomes possible. And that I find really exiting!

Through my work I strive to restore, renew, revive, reclaim and redeem people, things

and places (Audrey Hepburn quote; she was not only a beautiful lady, but she also was incredibly smart, wise, caring and strong).

As a company, The Bell Maker, is really my passion to give all these ideas and creations wings to be ably to fly.
